Comments: Just a note of sadness, lost one of my lifelong friends. James A. Roulliard CECS (ret) passed on to the supreme commander this past Feb. 26, 2014 In Augusta ,Maine. Jim, Ralph A. Jean EO1 (ret.) and I all joined the Seabees in 1963. Jim spent tours in MCB 58, Taught CE classes at Port Hueneme, Did time at Camp David and his last tour was with Seabee reserve command ,New Orleans. Jim was a terrific person and I will miss him greatly RIP Master Chief. Jim actually was selected but ret. from Active duty prior to pinning it on.
