I was a CM-2 and served in the Seabees from 1966 to 1969. Was in ACB-2 from
1966 til 1969 and in MCB 128 from late summer of 1969 til discharge. Would
like to hear from any of my friends that I served with. I would especially
like to hear from Chief Kippenhan (Kip) who I worked for in the MCB 128
training office in the fall of 1969. If anyone knows anything about Chief
Kip, I would like to hear from them.

Important Notice about your Can-Do! Many members temporarily move from “the
North Country” to somewhere down in the “Sunny South”, or vice versa. For
those members there are various ways to continue receiving their mail and
CAN-DO quarterly magazine. Some don’t change their address and have someone
send their mail to their temporary summer or winter home; some have
temporary forwarding orders so the Post Office will deliver their first
class mail. Please note that temporary forwarding orders will not work for
the CAN-DO because they are mailed out as “bulk rate” and will not be
forwarded! If you don’t want to miss out on any issues of the CAN-DO you
must send the “Change of Address” form, found in each issue of the CAN-DO,
to our National Secretary at least by the 15th of the month prior to the
publication date which is March, June, September, and December.

CONCERNING "the ships store"..................

It sure would be great to know the WEB pages of the Mobile Construction
Battallions out there.
I'd love to get an old patch from my old outfit MCB-4 to display on my
clothing with pride.
Can you a**t?
