This is a really great site and I served in the Seabees from 1966 through
1969. I have been in contact with a couple of friends that I served with
thanks to this site. I am very upset that some companies and other people
who have nothing to do with Seabees are abusing this site with their
advertisements.

I am the widow of PO1 Raymond P. Guntharp (ret 1983). He retired out of
Gulfport, MS. I do not know his battalion and so forth but maybe some of
his buddies are out there and will recognize his name. He done two tours
of Vietnam (SEABEES Can Do!) What a Man!! This site is absolutely
wonderful! I am so proud to be the wife (unfortunately, widow as of 14 Apr
2001)of a U.S. Navy Seabee! Thanks so much for this site--a place for
Seabee recognition! Go SEABEES! God bless each and every one of the U.S.
Navy Seabees for their very special brand of Greatness!

Hi,
I am very proud of our Seabee's men and women. My son, is a Seabee and is
currently on tour in Iraq. Do you have a support group for the Mother's of
Seabee's. He doesn't have a spouse yet. He will be re-enlisting in July.
I also have his truck, which I would like to send out to Pt. Hueneme, CA so
that when he arrives index.html in the USA, he will have transportation. I need
some help with this, as I haven't worked since June 2005. I am so very
PROUD of him and all his accomplishments.
"God Bless" each and everyone of you.
Sincerely,
Sherry Putnam
