Any resolution to be considered at this National Executive Committee Meeting must be in the hands of the National Secretary at least 30 days prior to the April 26 meeting date.  All other items to be included on the agenda should be in the hands of the National Secretary at least 15 days prior to the Meeting.  Officers written reports can be mailed to the National Secretary or presented at the meeting for the record.
